Refund and Returns Policy

At Pulse Money Company, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and marketing consulting services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Digital Products
    All sales of digital products (such as guides, templates, or tutorials) are final. Due to the instant delivery nature of these items, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues with your download or the file itself, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to assist you.

  1. Consulting Appointments
    All appointment-based services (such as 1-to-1 consultations or strategy calls) are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment .

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment cannot be guaranteed and the session may be forfeited without refund.

Missed appointments without prior notice are also non-refundable.
